Why Use CEP?

Quite simply, because you can compare dealers carefully chosen with regards to the quality of their service and products. And you would be able to get a bargain for your money.

Is your Service really free?

Yes, it is completely free. There are neither hidden charges nor marked up dealer prices. And you do not need to pay to use this service

Do I need to sign up to use this service?

Yes. Compare dealers and place your order online. As soon as the dealer receives your order they will contact you to discuss payment terms and schedule your delivery. You pay the dealer directly after they deliver the product- so no middleman fees.

How do I pay for my order?

You pay the dealer directly based on previously agreed upon terms. Most dealers do business on a Cash–On–Delivery COD / Cheque on delivery basis. This helps them keep their costs at a minimum and offer you the lowest prices. Some dealers will accept ATM Cards. Please be aware that there maybe additional bank fees associated with card transactions. Others might agree to a credit facility to pay a little later {Note this might cost you more}. Either ways, the dealer will always provide your detailed payment terms before scheduling the oil or gas delivery.

How do I know that the amount of oil or gas I ordered has been delivered?

It is advised to have a responsible adult at the point of receipt of your petroleum product. In the event that you have any issues with the sale, please feel free to contact us at

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, which will include the name of your supplier, who would contact you shortly. CEP does not have any details regarding your delivery date.

Once your order has been placed, feel free to discuss with your oil or gas supplier directly to check these details.

How will I receive orders?

We send orders via email or text messages- so you can respond quickly.

How often can I update prices?

As often as you like; by simply logging into your account. 

In light of this, you are strongly encouraged to update prices on a daily basis because clients are more inclined to placing orders with the dealers with the most up to date prices.

How should I process orders that I have received from CEP?

Our orders will provide you with the customer's email & phone information. Please contact the customer quickly to schedule a delivery and to discuss your various payment options. Then deliver oil promptly as you always do and collect payment directly from the customer.

Please note that it is up to you to discuss payment and delivery terms with the customer. CEP would not be liable for payment default by the customer.
